  6. That it is safe to join the online DID & Plural community

  10. Being a system vs being a collective system.
  11. It’s okay to trust the Others inside.

  2. That communication from alters isnt necessarily in words, also body sensations,emotions, intrusive thoughts can be communication of them❣(or attempts to)
    Learning to listen to those as well made a huge difference for us in getting to know eachother and learn to communicate with one another
