How to get to know your System -
Personal Stories & Therapeutic Insights into DID & OSDD + Live Q&A

Join us for a compelling session featuring Melissa and Garden System as they unfold their unique journeys with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and Other Specified Dissociative Disorder (OSDD) and the path to recognizing and understanding their systems. Melissa will share her personal narrative, discussing how her system’s presence went unnoticed by her therapist and the subsequent challenges she faced without the knowledge or language to navigate her experiences. She’ll reflect on the ways she interacted with her system that were unhelpful due to a lack of representation and understanding.

Following Melissa’s powerful story, Garden System will offer insights into the pivotal role therapists play in identifying and diagnosing dissociative adaptations. They will delve into the art of system mapping, providing attendees with beautifully designed, fillable worksheets to aid in the visualization and comprehension of their own systems. This session is a must-attend for those seeking to deepen their understanding of DID and system structures, both personally and professionally.

After learning from both Melissa and Garden System their lived experiences and resources, we will host a live Q&A where you and your System can ask your questions and get an answer from both Melissa and Garden System!
