Are you passionate about creating a supportive space for Plurals who speak your native language? Become a driving force for change and inclusivity by starting your own Public Social Platform with our easy-to-use platform setup. Connect Plurals from your linguistic and cultural background, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding within your community. Join us in our mission to make resources, support, and connections accessible to Plurals worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome new members: Greet newcomers and help them feel comfortable and included in the community.
  2. Post approval: Review and approve submitted posts to ensure they meet community guidelines.
  3. Community moderation: Monitor discussions and interactions to maintain a positive and respectful environment.
  4. Manage contact form: Respond to inquiries or concerns submitted through the platform’s contact form.
  5. Promote & grow your community: Implement strategies to increase visibility and attract new members.
  6. Create and share engaging content: Encourage regular posting of interesting and relevant content to keep the community active and engaged.
  7. Facilitate discussions: Start conversations and ask questions to foster interaction among community members.
  8. Enforce community guidelines: Ensure that members adhere to the community guidelines and take appropriate action when necessary.
  9. Provide support: Offer assistance and guidance to members with questions or concerns.
  10. Collaborate with other moderators: Work with other moderators, if any, to maintain a consistent approach to community management.
  11. Monitor community metrics: Keep an eye on community growth and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  12. Collaborate on events and activities: Work together with TPA to plan and coordinate virtual or in-person events that engage the community. This collaboration can include incorporating language-specific chat rooms or virtual meetup tables at existing events, allowing members of your platform to connect and participate in their preferred language.
