The Plural Positivity World Conference (PPWC) is the premier annual virtual gathering for people with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Other Specified Dissociative Disorder (OSDD), and all forms of plurality and multiplicity. Since its inception, PPWC has grown into the longest-running community-led conference of its kind, bringing together hundreds of plural people each year in a space built entirely by and for the community.
What Is PPWC?
PPWC is a 3-day fully online conference hosted on Airmeet, featuring presentations, live Q&As, virtual meetups, and networking spaces designed specifically for plural systems. Unlike clinical conferences or academic symposiums, PPWC centers lived experience as expertise. Nearly every presenter is plural themselves, bringing authentic personal perspective alongside professional knowledge.
The conference covers topics ranging from somatic healing and trauma recovery to art, activism, philosophy, and personal identity work. Whether you’re newly discovered, decades into your plural journey, endogenic, traumagenic, queer, neurodivergent, or an ally seeking understanding, PPWC offers content that speaks directly to your experience.

What to Expect
Plural Events PPWC brings together 20+ presenters across 19+ sessions over three days, with no gaps or long breaks. Sessions include live Q&As where you can ask presenters directly. Virtual meetup spaces let you connect with other plural people in smaller groups organized by interest (endogenic systems, trauma survivors, artists, partners of plural people, etc.). Sponsor booths and networking spaces round out the experience.
